In-House Laboratory

We have an internal laboratory with specialised personnel and cutting-edge technology for exhaustive control of our entire production process, from the reception of raw materials to the finished product.

We carry out microbiological, nutritional and physiochemical analyses (texture, viscosity, pH, overrun, etc.) allowing us to monitor the quality of our products in real time.

Quality

Quality matters to us. Our customers matter to us.

That’s why in 2019 we decided to get IFS Food Certification and show that we work in accordance with GFSI principles, which had always been in our Food Quality and Safety Management system.

Since then, our continuous improvement system has helped us to review all the results and continue improving every day to give our customers the best quality in each of our products.

We also have other certifications including Halal certification to garner our customers’ trust.

Sustainability

Always looking to the future,

we are a company with the environment on our mind. Our short-term goal is to become a 100% sustainable company. We have energy recovery systems in our production process and solar panels to self-supply the plant, among other systems.

We are also FSC and RSPO certified.
